15 Muscle Building Rules for Skinny Guys and Gals! (Part 1)

WHY CAN'T YOU GAIN WEIGHT? While there may be many reasons why you may be thin, the most obvious is related to your genetics. If your parents are naturally thin or have a small figure, you will likely have the same type of small figure. To some extent, your height can also be controlled by your metabolism. If you have problems gaining weight (fat or muscle), you probably have a fast metabolism. It simply means that your body burns calories faster than usual. You need to consider this whenever you consider a certain diet or exercise program. Is it aimed at someone with your metabolism and goals? Now, as you know, there are many ways to train.

Hundreds, even thousands. Some work and some don't. but for specific weight gain purposes, there are universal things every skinny man should do. Although most of the information I will tell here is not as "magical" as one would like. But I believe that these rules are the basis for weight gain. These are not all the answers, but they are clear elements that MUST be addressed in a successful weight gain program. You should be able to easily integrate these principles into your current program. to better suit your body and specific goals GENERAL RULES 1. Get the right information about your specific status and goals.

The first major problem I find in most people is the lack of accurate information. Yes, you are motivated and do a lot of things, but your efforts are in vain due to the wrong diet and training information. Thin men mainly follow the advice of people who have not had trouble gaining weight. Do you want to know how to gain weight? So, look for one that has worn your shoes. Someone who was where you are. 2- Set specific targets and develop attack plans. If you were driving across the country to another city, would you start driving randomly or plan a route that would get you there quickly and efficiently? Think of your plan as a road map and your goal as a destination.

Without a specific plan and goal, you will lose focus and easily get lost or distracted. It happens more often than you think. I see a lot of people at the gym doing whatever it takes or just eating anything - without a specific plan or goal. They wonder why they are not progressing. They have no focus. Thanks to a specific program you need to follow, you can shop every day. This procedure focuses on getting you to your destination quickly. There is no thought, debate or guesswork. Just do it. A specific plan will provide the necessary daily structure. which not only gets you on the right track to move forward but it can also help you develop good eating and training habits.

This will benefit you long after you reach your destination. 3. Have confidence in yourself and faith in what you are doing. Let's face reality; We live in a cruel world. Hatred and jealousy are everywhere. For most people who start a fitness program to improve themselves, this will be half the battle. The second half will still be excited during the constant negativity pressure from others. A few negative words, if allowed, can do serious harm. The most offensive things you hear can come from friends, colleagues, and colleagues at the gym.

People hate change. This makes them feel insecure, as they suddenly discover that there is more to you than they would be willing to accept. They are afraid that you can achieve your goal. This makes them less "high". Once you start your plan, you need to have faith and believe in what you are doing. Concentrate and avoid overly critical or negative people. If you have to, keep your business to yourself. when I start the program, I stopped talking about what I did because I was tired of listening to what you can't. it is impossible. You are wasting time and money. "

The funny thing is that these people always ask me for advice now. This is your life. This is your body. This is your dream. Don't leave your success or failure in the hands of other people. In Part 2 of this article, I will discuss training rules and guidelines to make sure you are gaining muscle mass.
